Apakah Gherkin?

  “Gherkin” atau dikenali jeruk mentimun adalah mentimun muda yang dijeruk dengan cuka yang melalui proses permentasi dalam masa tertentu.

Hotel dan Resort
Bagi hotel dan resort,penggunaan jeruk timun atau ‘gherkin’ ini adalah sangat perlu kerana ianya digunakan untuk dicampur dengan salad,dibuat sos dan digunakan untuk masakan barat.Kebanyakan hotel-hotel dalam Malaysia mesti menggunakan jeruk timun sebagai bahan utama dalam dapur hotel.Sasaran pasaran adalah hotel bertaraf 3 bintang dan resort di pulau-pulau sekitar perairan Malaysia.

Restoran
Restoran juga salah satu sasaran pasaran bagi jeruk timun kerana timun jeruk ini boleh di gunakan di dalam masakan panas seperti mee sup, nasi goreng,masak ikan tiga rasa dan lain-lain.Penggunaan jeruk timun juga boleh menambah nilai produk yang dijual oleh restoran tersebut


Pengusaha Burger
Penggunaan jeruk timun dalam produk burger adalah satu penambahbaikan dalam produk tersebut.Selain itu dapat mengurangkan kos kerana apabila menggunakan jeruk timun,sayur-sayur yang diletak dalam burger tidak perlu di letakkan lagi Oleh sebab itu wajar pengusaha burger menggunakan jeruk timun ini.


Pengguna Akhir
Pengguna akhir ini merujuk pada masyarakat biasa yang berbagai peringkat umur.Timun jeruk ini di formulakan masam manis yang mana semua peringkat boleh di makan begitu sahaja oleh semua orang.Timun jeruk ini juga boleh dijadikan makanan alternative bagi penggemar jeruk buah

HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT

EastVege Enterprise Company TR 0136518- M was formally established on June 25, 2014 and owned by Mr. Azri Bin Mamat where he was involved in business since 2007, to respond to the government to establish the downstream products of agro-industrial from agriculture itself. This proves that the company is committed and believe that agriculture can go further in business.

In Malaysia, 80% of the agricultural production of food produced, sold fresh. Such position causes the problem of dumping when there is a lot of supply. One way to overcome this is to use the dumping of fresh produce in the downstream processing of value added products. The company wants to make a transformation in the industry in which cucumbers from fresh produce to the downstream produce.  We have solution after research and study to upgrade the fresh cucumbers to pickle or commercial name is '' Gherkin ''.

Therefore, to meet the needs of the local market, especially in Brazil and abroad, a proposal by the company to build a factory to process cucumber Halal standards, GMP, HACCP and high capacity requirements.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Construction of this project will be able to revive the mega project in Kampung Pela fertigation and Telaga Papan where the project is abandoned to meet the raw material requirements.

In addition, through this project we will create productions houses of villagers increased revenue to increase by 80% to create a "contract farming" with local society. With existence of this plant, it can improve job opportunities for local people, especially the youth.

Industrial commodity-based production plant have experienced / undergone tremendous changes from the conventional cultivation system to a production that requires high technology to increase food production more competitive

In order to boost agricultural production for commercialization, a more systematic and structured needs to be developed to be used by operators to increase production and income

Fertigation system production without soil is the latest technology which is increasingly widely used among entrepreneurs in agriculture, where it combines Fertilization and irrigation in one system under the protection of plants or open to ensure the production of high yield and quality and is an alternative to the system of planting conventional.
