7 Days LOSS 7 KG With Cucumber Diet



Cucumbers are one of the healthiest vegetables because of the high amount of nutrients they contain such as vitamins B, C, E, calcium, magnesium, iron, fiber etc. Cucumbers can detox the body by stimulating and cleaning the digestive tract as well as eliminate the excess water from the body.
Besides being very beneficial for the internal organs, this vegetable is also excellent for the skin.
The reason for writing this article today is to show you the benefits of the this vegetable when it comes to diet and weight loss. We will present you with a diet, which has been proven very effective. You will not need to look for another one ever again.
The diet lasts for 10 days and all you have to do is consume certain foods and include them in your daily diet. This diet will help you lose 7 kg in one week. And yes, before you ask yourselves, it is possible to achieve this. The whole diet is based of course on cucumbers. Therefore, whenever you will feel hungry, you should eat one.
THE DAILY PLAN OF THE CUCUMBER DIET
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 plate cucumber salad
SNACK:
  • 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (lower than 200 gr)
LUNCH:
  • 1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad
CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
  • 400 gr of cucumber
  • 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 fresh onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
To begin with, peel and cut the the vegetable to small pieces, Next, add the salt and mix it well. Finish it off by adding some milk or yogurt and mix gently. Just add the onion and it is ready to serve.
SNACKS:
  • Cucumber shake
CUCUMBER SHAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • a hand of washed spinach
  • some fresh ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Just add all of the ingredients in a blender and mix it well. Next, transfer the mixture in a glass and drink it fresh. That is it.
DINNER:
  • Fruit of your choice (300 gr)
As you can see, this diet is very easy to make and even easier to follow, thus, purchase these foods and get to work. The results will be amazing!

Spicy Pickled Cucumber Salad




Hai semua....hari ni admin nak share satu resepi yang korang boleh buat dengan menggunakan "pickled cucumber" @ dikenali sebagai "gherkin" @ dalam bahasa mudah "jeruk timun".

Resepi ini diberi nama "spicy pickled cucumber salad"

Bahan-bahan :

1 batang jeruk timun @ pickled cucumber di potong 
nipis
2 sudu kecil minyak bijan
3 ulas bawang putih yg dicicang halus

Cara - cara :

Campurkan kesemua bahan tadi..
Gaul biar sebati dan untuk rasa yang lebih enak boleh ditambah cili potong dan mixed chilli oil..

Spicy Bean and Cucumber Salad



Fresh chilies add spice to this green bean salad.

Ingredients

2       cups chopped cooked green beans
1       cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
1/2    cup finely chopped red onion
2       tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2       tablespoons red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2       teaspoons chopped fresh green chilies or 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1       teaspoon honey
1/2    teaspoon salt

Steps

  • 1  mix all ingredients.
  • 2  Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

Tips :

Be sure to peel the cucumbers, even if their skin is relatively thin. By exposing all of the cucumber’s flesh to the dressing, it soaks up more flavor.
Two cups of frozen cut green beans, cooked briefly and rinsed under cool water, will save you the time of chopping and cooking fresh beans.

Cucumber Salad



Dress up the look of the “cukes” by running the tines of a fork down the length of each cucumber before slicing.

Ingredients

2        medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/3     cup cider or white vinegar
1/3     cup water
2        tablespoons sugar
1/2     teaspoon salt
1/8     teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh dill weed or parsley, if desired

Steps

  • 1 Place cucumbers in small glass or plastic bowl.
  • 2 In tightly covered container, shake remaining ingredients except dill weed. Pour over cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
  • 3 Drain cucumbers. Sprinkle with dill weed. Store covered in refrigerator.
 
Tips:  
 After draining cucumbers, stir in 3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt. Store covered in refrigerator.
